Some advice on what to do if it happens to you

TALK TO AN ADULT YOU TRUST AND WHO CAN HELP

The only reason we don’t talk about it is because we are embarrassed

- Embarrassment doesn’t last when we:- laugh about it- share what made us embarrassed- address it and DON’T avoid it- realise that you are NOT alone- learn from it

Overcome the embarrassment and you beat the bully

Some websites that will help if you have concerns

• http://www.childline.org.ukA famous charity that supports children through

various issues – includes a support line 0800 1111• http://www.bullying.co.uk/
