Sign in to RISD Google Email on School Computer
Step 1: Open the Chrome browser.
Step 2: Sign in to Chrome using the person icon in the upper right with your full email address (Example: jdoe@redwaterisd.org) and computer password. Step 3: Click Link Data if it asks.
Step 4: Click the click here to enable link to enable desktop notifications for Redwater ISD Mail if it
asks.
You will also probably have to click Allow.
Step 5: Click in the upper-left, then Gmail.
Other Notes:
If you use the Google Email shortcut on the desktop to sign in, you may have to sign in multiple times throughout the day. So it is best to sign in to Chrome instead as outlined in steps 1 and 2.
The number of unread emails you have is indicated in the Gmail tab by the number in parentheses and below the M icon.
Use the Toggle split pane mode in the upper right to setup a Preview Pane.
