Remembering
September 11
We wanted to find good things that happened from a tragedy. Although September 11 was a horrific event some heroic acts of goodness and bravery turned a tragedy into a lesson for hope.
People of September 11
“What I remember of that day, beyond the horror and dismay, is the outpouring of service. The many acts of kindness to neighbors; volunteers and professionals rushing into the fray to save someone else.”
“We need to be together, because we all have to help each other now. That’s how we can stay safe and how we can feel Ok again.”

“Our enemies have made the mistake that America’s enemies always make. They saw liberty and thought they saw weakness. And now, they see defeat.”
