- Setting Strategies ( this includes: Mission, Vision, Care Values & Goals )- Setting of the Structure- Setting Plan- Execution

General Plan is made for MAIN ACTIVITIES with their TIME LINES SCHEDULED and then the Detailed Plans are followed.

The First Event should start on May 5, 2011 and ends on May 17, 2011.
