SCOPE OF WORK

� Creating layouts, design drawings and making relevant modifications with design plans

and structures in line with client/consultant/contractor specifications.

� Eliminating redundant/obsolete process involved in the design by talking to

AC/Consultant and by attending meeting with AC/Consultant.

� Preparing Design Report for BCA for project approval.

� Design Tender stage Project for quotations.

� Estimating the quantities for Tender Project & Approved project.

� Estimating the Quantities for bursting links and bar chairs for Ongoing Project.

� Prepared Mark-up for Shop drawing

� Initiating & developing relationships with Site Project Mangers & Engineers for project

completion in time.

� Technical Training and Monitoring of Supervisor & workers

� Conduct Safety Training for Workers regarding company-specific and Occupational

Safety and Health Act, or OSHA, safety requirements.

� Engage in the planning and scheduling, materials procurement, selection of

equipment, and cost control

� Engage in Preparation for Stressing Pressure Calculation

� Preparing Elongation Report based on Approved Shop Drawing.

� Preparing Stressing Report for Main Con.

� Engaged in Preparing Monthly Project Claim on Project Basis.

� Prepared Mark-up drawing for Monthly Project Claim

� Liaise with Project Manager, Engineers and others relevant person for Claim.

� Managing, directing and monitoring progress during each phase of a project

� Preparation of list of material requirements / quantities

� Engaged in Preparing Safety Documents i.e. Risk Assessment, Fall Protection Plan,

Appointment Letter, Safe Work Procedure etc. for Projects.

� Prepared Specialized Stressing Report and suggest solution for Stressing remedial.

� Coordinate with Site Supervisor on daily basis for Site progress

� Arrangement of Workers for various site, Update Daily work Progress and

Operation Time.

� Engaged in Site Inspection with RE, RTO & Main Con prior to Concreting

� Engaged in Various Site Meeting i.e. Coordination Meeting, Safety Meeting,

Progress Meeting etc. with Main Con/Consultant.
