Executive Summary
The name of the company will be “SBHoney (Sundarban Honey)” and address will be in
Dhanmondi 8/A, Dhaka, phone: +8801720373765. SBHoney uses a system that is new to the
beverage and food service industry to provide pure and original taste of honey conveniently
and efficiently. It will be wholesale and retail. SB honey provides its customers demand
based on their choice. It will be differ on color, taste and smell. There will be 5/6 types of
honey like,Sundri, Gewa, Goran, Keora, Passur, Baen, Khalisha and other honey made
beverage. The SBHoney will go through the customer and captive consumer markets by
deploying force-through facilities and home delivery in highly visible, prearranged facebook
fan page and well ornamented webpage. The SBHoney will provide best customer service
process by educated part timer from different university students. The financial speculation
in its employees will be one of the greatest differentiators between SB Honey and its
competition. The business will take differentiation strategy to be succeeded in the
industry .We will maintain minimum levels of inventory on hand to keep our products fresh
and to take advantage of price decreases when and if they should occur. The SB Honey
anticipates an initial combination of investments and short and long-term financing of
BDT73000 to cover start-up costs. This will require SB Honey to grow more slowly than
might be otherwise possible, but our growth will be solid, financially sound, and tied to
customer demand. My break-even point in average case will be minimum hours at low cost
as purchase. In average case, my total current asset will be 20,000 taka, total fixed asset
40,000 taka, total current liabilities 10,000 taka, owner’s equity 31,400 taka. In future it will
be the best honey supplier in Bangladesh.

The SB Honey is a specialty honey supplier. SB Honey provides pure Sundarban’s honey
that is new to the beverage and food service industry to provide different color, taste and
smell honey conveniently. SB Honey provides high quality, pure honey from Sundarban
which satisfy different level of customer.
2.1 Company Ownership
SB honey is a limited liability company. All membership shares are currently owned by
Thayef Ahmed Sunny, Fatema Begum Rimi, who intends to use a portion of the shares to
raise capital. The plan calls for the sale of 100 membership units in the company to family
members, friends, and private (angel) investors. Each membership unit in the company is
priced at BDT6000, with a minimum of five units per membership certificate, or a minimum
investment of BDT24000 per investor. If SB honey completes its financing goals
successfully, Thayef Ahmed Sunny, Fatema Begum Rimi will maintain ownership of no less
than 51 percent of the company.
2.2 Company Locations and Facilities:The company head office will be located in Rayer Bazar, Dhanmondi as at the starting of the
business it will be a wise decision to take the low cost initiative, so we will open our head
office in rayer bazaar as the rent of the office will be low and we will get a huge number of
customers here as we can cover the whole Dhanmondi area from this place.

The SBHoney provides its patrons the finest different flavored, colored, and taste honey,
specializing in specialty honey and custom-blended taste. In addition, SBHoney will offer
select domestic honey, Geoa, Goran, Khalisha, Keora and others. Seasonally, we provide
others honey which will not available without monsoon.

SB Honey use two different type’s technology. For Packaging we use “Shuiliy“machine.
This is the best honey refining machine all over the world. It invented by China.
We also use Best packager machine for packaging our product. We use “Super Packager”.
This is also invented by India.
3.4 Future Product
The SB Honey will offer products that reflect the changing seasons and customers’ changing
demand for beverages. During the summer months we will offer Keora fruit. This is the best
for Khatta. The SB Honey will also have special beverages during Rainy seasons, such as
different sea fish.
The SB Honey will build up a honey museum, for display our more than 100 flavor honey
and honey made product.

SB honey target market is the mobile individual who has more money than time and
excellent taste in the choice of a beverage but no time to linger in a Showroom. By using
the community support program that SB honey is instituting, we will make arrangements

very rare in the market. So after the market research we have seen that if we can give
pure honey in the market and also some different flavors than we will be able to capture
a high share in the market.

6.3 Break Even AnalysisIn every month we will collect 80 jars at 230 prices and the weight 500 ml of each jar.
We decided to sell every jar at 350 taka by including all cost. So we can see that if we
sell at 350 taka of each jar then the break even will occur at 53 jar sell because the
selling price of 53 jars will be same the purchasing price of 80 jars per month.
