The investment includes the leasehold improvements, operational rights of the store,

operational training, marketing support, equipments, furniture, air-con system,

signage, initial inventory ( food, beverage, groceries and drug medicine) and Online

Services (Remittance, Bills Payment, Loading, Local and International Ticketing,

Travel and Tour Packages) plus Money Changer..

Other START-UP EXPENSES

Not included in the initial investments are:

- Rental advances and deposits.

- Licenses, Permits and Taxes(but with
