COMMENT: In this variety were observed little changes in the color and firmness fruit.

THAWED STRAWBERRRIES 77 °F
COMMENT: According to the characteristics of this variety, the color of Albion strawberry tends orange to red. After thawing the firmness of the fruit changes considerably, taken a dehydrated aspect.
