All the Slides
Should contain 17 pt as the font size in LaTeX Beamer.
Should contain sentences with not more than 60 characters.
Should have the bullet points appear one after the other (except
“About the Spoken Tutorial” Slide and “Acknowledgement
Slide”):
Should have consistent font size.
Should have the Urls displayed in a meaningful way. (For example: The wrong way: spoken-
tutorial.org.
The right way: spoken-tutorial.org).
The first slide:
Should contain the TTT logo.
Should contain the Acknowledgment to NMEICT.Should contain the project link.
Should contain the Name of the FOSS.
Should contain the Name of the topic.
Should contain the Contributors’ name(s) (and their affiliationaffiliation is optional).
Learning Objective Slide:
Should contain the Learning Objectives of the tutorial in bullet points.
Bullet points should appear one after the other.
Prerequisites Slide:
Should contain the prerequisites (knowledge, tutorials etc.,) in
bullet points

Should contain the information about OS and version of the
software used to record this tutorial in bullet points.
Bullet points should appear one after the other.
Brief introduction Slide:
Should contain a brief introduction of the topic in bullet points.
Bullet points should appear one after the other.
About the Spoken Tutorial Slide:
Should contain information about the Spoken Tutorial Project
Bullet points may or may not appear one after the other
Acknowledgment slide:
Should contain the acknowledgement to the Mission.
Bullet points may or may not appear one after the other.
Script
The script:
Should be in a two column format.
Should contain the sentences typed/written in different lines.
Should contain short sentences with not more than 60 characters.
Should contain simple sentences with no difficult words.
Should project 80 percent of demo and 20 percent of slides.
VideoThe browser window:
Should have enlarged fonts. This is done by using CTL+.
Should have enlarged fonts in the tabs and bars. This can be done
by installing the required add-ons and plug-ins.
Should have the content highlighted when the narrator explains the

particular feature.
The Terminal:
Font size should be set to atleast Monospace 20.
Should have the content highlighted when the narrator explains the
