•  $52  million  construc1on  budget  •  Structural  steel  90%  complete  •  Slab  on  grade  and  2nd  floor  concrete  

60%  complete  •  Exterior  and  interior  framing  begun  •  Exterior  cladding  and  roofing  to  

begin  soon  •  Interior  finish  work  to  begin  once  

the  exterior  cladding  and  roofing  completed  

•  Site  work  and  landscaping  will  be  done  towards  the  end  of  the  project  

•  Construc1on  hours:  –  M-­‐F;  7am  –  10pm  (interior  work,  if  

necessary)    –  Saturday  (if  needed);  9am-­‐4pm
