The trend of the change of three teacher groups’ levels of reflection

Three teacher groups’ levels of reflection have been improved. Novice teacher group’s level of reflection has been improved faster

than other groups’. Experienced teacher group’s have the highest level of reflection. Novice teacher group’s level of reflection has been on the rise during

three phases; experienced teacher group’s grew faster in first and second phases; and key teacher group’s grew faster in second and third phases.

Interaction among three teacher groups’ levels of reflection

A multiple linear regression equation was created, which is a causal model of three groups, to study the interaction among three teacher groups’ levels of reflection. The result of regression analysis shows that:

Y =0.362+0.801 X1

TOCOP could constantly improve three teacher groups’ reflection on teaching.

TOCOP has significantly improved novice teachers’ level of reflection. Novice teacher group’s high-level reflection is significantly affected by key teacher group’s.

Reflection includes the application of a problem’s solution, and it happens during the practice. So TOCOP is a support for teachers’ professional learning and development.

Teachers’ knowledge exists socially, extensively and temporarily in teachers’ practices. In the future, we need to study them in the complex environment.
