Our Record Room data was Computerized for the first time in the state. This arduous, challenging, complex operation

got started on November 26th of 2008 and the computerized record room was inagurated on October 5th

of 2009 by Mr.Umesh I.A.S., district incharge secretary and Mr.Naveen Raj singh I.A.S., Deputy commissioner Hassan. We thank Mr.Naveen Raj singh I.A.S., Deputy commissioner Hassan. , Mr.Subbaraya Kamath K.A.S., Additional deputy commissioner, Mr.Kareegowda K.A.S., Assistant commissioner Hassan and every staff involved in this exercise for there unstinted support and untired

effort. We also thank DR H.N.Krishna information commissioner, information commission, Bangalore for

his able guidance throughout this exercise�
