AIMS AND OBJECTIVES OF PYDOS:

• Helping young people to stay longer in active sport.• Searching for good experience.• Training of the leaders in preventive withdrawal.• Strengthening the competence of the organization.• Create good practice exchange network.

The main mistakes of time management :

• Unwillingness to plan and organize work schedules,

• Imprecisely formulated objectives and tasks,
