INTRODUCTION TO THE PROJECT

• The purpose of this project is to study about how/what is the

opinion/reaction/perception of the Malaysian society towards

interracial relationship.

• Interracial relationship in this case refers to not only the

relationship between two opposite genders, but also the

relationship towards the same genders as well as towards

different ages, towards other races than theirs.

In this project, we can relate it more towards quantitative

than qualitative simply because we can calculate the number of

participants and can estimate the result with an average

calculation.

INTRODUCTION TO THE EXPERIMENT

• Our experiment was conducted to study and understand the

perception of the Malaysian society towards culture other than

theirs

• Some people are afraid to communicate with other races. This is

because of some factors that made them what they are :

- The environment/society that they grow up in

- Level of education

- Judge too fast

- Too much influence by the social media

- Exposure to the outside world

HOW TO RUN THE EXPERIMENT

• At least two members of our group is holding a camera in his/her

hand

• Wait for the train to stop at the next station

• Once the train stopped and the doors are opened, start aiming

for a target

• After target acquired, start the recorder and follow them to where

they sit

• Analyze on whether they sit with the same race, gender or age

difference.

RESULT FROM THE EXPERIMENT

Involving persons of different races mostly will choose to sit with

their races, cohabitation, sexual relations or marriage.
