wine and Uggs together. The gifts developed for

Solution: Nuvasive was looking for a creative way to
introduce, promote, and provide content for their
new Guidance Medical device. A custom USB drive
was designed to look like their device.

Project: Tesla was looking for a sophisticated yet
youthful way to convey the simplicity and
versatility of their brand in apparel.
This concept of a reversible beanie,
complete with a custom woven label that
reverses color as well when the beanie is in
wear, highlights their ever popular brand
and the Pantone matched accents. The
piece continues to be a top seller three
years after the first order – JNI as always
was ahead of trend!

Client: Sharknado 2
Project: This oven mitt was design for the
Sharknado 2 launch and was sent to Ad
Sales and SyFy partners. This mitt was part
of an amazing kit with a shark hat, shark
bottle opener, shark themed beads, shark
koozies and it was a part of a Sharknado
viewing party in a box.

Project: Hellyeah GWP and Product Promotion
The Client needed a gift with purchase product to
help increase revenue for the upcoming Hellyeah
album entitled “Stampede”.
Audience: Retail customers
Solution: JNI created custom poly resin bull skulls, 12’’ from
horn-tip to horn-tip, to fit the record theme of
the record “Stampede”. These were hand painted
and 100% accurate re-creations of the real skull.
The product, including the CD and a DVD, sold at
retail for $49.99.
Results: Sony Music sold out the gift before the album
street date.

Project: This project was a set of pencils
in a box that the client could
distribute to their interior
decorator clients. Fun note on

Project: These custom pillows created their own buzz at
the Cannes Lion Film Festival where they were
spotted decorating the seats at an A-list party.

Audience: Season Ticket Holders
Solution: This jersey replica was given to White Sox
season ticket holders to commemorate the
retirement of all-time great Paul Konerko. The
objective behind this project was to create a
gift for all season ticket holders. To satisfy this
we created a hand sculpted, hand painted
Konerko Home Jersey on top of first base. To
highlight achievements, under the base were
stats and value contributions to the team.

Client: Chicago White Sox
Project: Gift for Chicago White Sox Season Ticket Holders
Audience: White Sox Season Ticket Holders
Solution: Ideas had to be “gift-like,” and client wanted the
“WOW” factor. We had to come up with something
that Sox fans would see as a novelty and view as an
appreciation.
Results: Ideas were a hit. We came in $2 under the client’s
budget.

Project: Promotional Gift
Audience: Consumers
Objective: Storage solution
Solution: JNI designed mesh bags that held samples of razors. This way
the consumer would not only receive a sample Schick razor –
building brand loyalty – but the mesh bag could also be used
for razor storage and for travel. Additionally, by putting the
sample in the bag, consumers would automatically
understand the use of the bag.
Results: There have been one million mesh bags produced. The
product was so successful that it has now become a regular
retail item for Schick. Consumers enjoy getting the added
value of razors and a storage solution.

Project: Bartender Kit for Auchentoshan Whiksy
Audience: Bartenders around the country
Solution: A custom bartender kit that included
custom mixology tools for bartenders to
mix craft cocktail kits. The kit went to
high-end bars throughout the country.

Program: Product Development
Audience: Tweens to adult women
Objective: Develop a price-point-driven tote for
Dooney & Bourke to sell in their
stores, online and in their catalog.
Solution: JNI created a whole line of clear PVC
& leather tote bags in different shapes
and sizes.
Results: The collection has become one of
Dooney & Bourke's best selling
collections of all time.

Project: To further introduce property managers and Sales
Force members and to Build Awareness of
Rent.com Consumer Campaign that was currently
running with J.B. Smoove to the B2B Audience
Audience: Property Managers and Sales reps
Solution: The Legit Kit was created utilizing custom round
packaging in the client’s PMS blue with the same
Thumbs Up imagery depicted in the ads. Also
included a round window cling, a round Will
Return clock, Round Post-it notes and a 3 in 1
charging cable.
The packages were sent out to reps to hand
deliver to the property managers and clients.

Client: CBS
Project: Battle Creek Oven Mitt
Audience: CBS affiliates to help promote the new show
Solution: CBS was promoting their new show “Battle
Creek,” and was looking for a comfort item, as
they wanted to include a recipe for coffee
cake. Since the show is based in Michigan and the
state looks like a thumb, we came up with the
idea of the oven mitt and attached a fold out card
for the show and the coffee cake recipe.
Results: CBS was very happy with the item and the printing
of the attached card. Did not receive any
feedback from any of the affiliates.

I’d Rather Be In Agrabah bag -This bag was
made for Internal use for the opening of Aladdin.
El Rey Leon Lion King Bag – This item was given
to actors and staff for Opening night in Mexico.
Aladdin All Day Bag – Good Morning America sponsored a morning
show from the theater on TV for Aladdin. All who attended were
given takeaway bags.
Hunchback of Notre Dame – These bags were given as gifts to the
audience on opening night of a new Disney show that opened at the
Paper Mill Playhouse in NJ before it comes to Broadway.

Objective: Develop an informational solution to
introduce the latest lab products from
Life Technologies along with a useful
gift for attending a lunch & learn.
Solution: Creatively packaged the webkey USB
drive to replicate goggles and match
the custom box developed for the lab
goggle gift.
Results: The client was extremely pleased with
the high-perceived look of the
packaging, branded goggles along with
the creative application of the webkey
as part of the event intro.

needle-free action &“whoosh” sound
of the actual dispenser. Patient kit
included literature in fulfillment.
Solution: Custom-designed kits & demo dosing
units produced.

dosing mechanism for their drug &

Project: Product Introduction
Audience: Lab researchers & technicians
Objective: Develop a unique but useful promotional
product that resembled the MiSeq 2000.
The solution needed to generate
interest at launch events and have an
ongoing relevance n the lab. The USB
provided the “ongoing” relevance.
Solution: Illumina was looking for a creative way
to introduce, promote, and provide
content for their new MiSeq 2500
instrument. A custom USB drive was
designed to replicate the device.
Results: The replica was so well received a
collection of other MiSeq USB
instruments were developed.

Client: Paramount/DreamWorks
Project: Madagascar II Movie Launch
Audience: Motion picture press
Objective: Create a movie-themed toy to be sent to
the press.
Solution: A Jack in the Box was created using a vinyl
King Julian in a shipping crate-style box
using art from the film poster. A custom
sound-chip plays “I Like to Move It” when
opened.
Results: Units shipped 3 weeks before film opening.

Project: View Finder
Audience: Potential ticket buyers
Solution: This view finder was
created for the San
Francisco 49er’s in honor of
their new stadium. The
view finder shows the user
what the new suites in the
stadium were to look like.

Project: Bead Chip Magnet for Lab researchers &
technicians
Objective: Develop a faithful replica of the Bead Chip
slide – but in magnet form. Needed to
improve upon the previous ‘replica.’
Solution: Through brainstorming we came up with a
multi-layered solution to faithfully replicate
the bead chips. We used a holographic
material to mimic the iridescent material and
an extra layer of plastic to match the size of
the actual equipment.
Results: The new magnets were a hit with both
employees and customers. Shown left to
right: actual bead chip, JNI magnet replica,
prior magnet ‘replica.’
