• The activities should be organized in order to be presented in the work meetings which are held according to the schedules
• The coordinator and the partners should always be given a CD, which has to be properly identified ,with the produced materials
• In the end of each mobility all partners have to make a report and send it via email as soon as possible
• In the end of the school year all partners will have to make a report to send to the agency and to the coordinator via email

• Questionnaires to collect information – this way we’ll be able to compare and check our evolution and spot mistakes on every stage of our project. Then compare the results from the beginning to the end of the project.
• A Checklist - to check each team’s performance, stage by stage.
• Teachers’ Portfolio/Project Portfolio – every teacher will identify the tasks to be developed, make their objectives clear, and make a plan of his/her participation in the project. Finally he/she will make a reflection about his/her participation which will be included in the Portfolio.
