CChateau Lyon is first and foremost an un-common estate. This estate was furnished by the acclaimed designer Barry Dixon. His vision combined with that of the owners has created a beautiful home that com-bines the charm of time honored Europe with all the modern conveniences of the 21st century.

The owner’s travels led them to the streets of Paris, to flea markets and to smaller towns of the French countryside to amass fine antiques and accoutrements to design their divine home. Chateau Lyon is inspired by the unique architecture of French villas.

Incorporating antique roof tiles and doors, carved fireplace surrounds, fountains, limestone walls and the centerpiece of their collection, French paneling. The French Paneling was tak-en from a private home in the city of Lyon and gives this Chateau additional charm and even its name. This residence is not only a home, but a painstakingly detailed work of art.

Not only are modern conve-niences just a short drive away, but, this home also features many modern conveniences in home as well. Modern amenities include home automation, eleva-tor, a high powered generator and heated floors. But nothing compares to the design ele-ments this home features.

Every single aspect of this home was under great scru-tiny during the building and design process. Even the limestone walls, imported from France, were hand in-spected by the owners prior to installation. Making this home an obsession, makes it truly a unique find in the midst of cookie cutter sub-urban dwellings.

The Chateau Lyon is not a house for just a mere home owner, it is a piece of art for art collectors. It is much more than just a place to hang one’s hat.

Every tile, every door knob, every railing is a reflection of the owner’s distinguished taste and creativity. d
