that looked easy?  

Have you ever had to do something

but very difficult to do?  

It’s because you were in your comfort zone.

Solution?

Think outside the

Box

What is the

Box?

It’s a boundary within our mind. Not the itself  MIND  

It’s a boundary between what we know..

It’s a boundary between and what we haven’t thought about.

Why go

Box? outside the  

because.... Inside we are safe and cozy

because.... When we go out, we risk our reputation

because.... Everybody has the same information more or less…

because.... What matters is what we make of it.

How do we think

Box? outside the  

Go beyond the convergent information  

-the dominant ideas that strike you first

Evaluate all the divergent information  

-the stuff which sounds irrelevant at first

Engage in long thinking

-take a look at the bigger picture

Resist going back into the box

-maybe, there’s some sense to your idea

Evaluate your idea by itself

-have a keen eye and notice the difference

Avoid environments that punish mistakes

-these are places where you cannot think out of the box
