• Our intention is to give you an idea of the dish itself. The

preparation may vary according to the region. Although

Portugal is a small country, there are different

ingredients that go along with the main course.

• This happens because of the influence of peoples like

the Moors, in the South, or the Romans and Europeans,

in the North.

• Desserts are common to the whole country.
