Case Report

•A 47-year-old male patient

• Complains of burning sensation of mouth

•Duration-2 years

Chief Complaint

History of Presenting Illness

•History of diffuse large B cell lymphoma for which he underwent chemo and radiation therapy.

•He developed the present problem 3 months after the therapy.

•Numbness in the tongue.

Clinical Examination ExtraoralNo abnormality detected.IntraoralRevealed linear ulceration of size 2.5 x 1 cms covered by a yellowish white pseudomembrane on the buccal mucosa bilaterally at the level of the occlusal plane.

Provisional diagnosis:

• Erosive / Bullous lichen planus• Lichenoid reaction• Chronic ulcerative stomatitis• Chemotherapy induced oral mucositis
