Outage Window The CSS/HCM/FMS Oracle PeopleSoft applications and associated MyBGSU self-service applications will be unavailable from 6:00 p.m. on Friday July 18 until 6:00 p.m. Saturday July 19 in order to complete the planned split

Cutover Weekend - Timeline Friday, 7/18/2014

Noon – Check Point Meeting – Go/No Go for the weekend 5:00 p.m. – 1 hour announcement 6:00 p.m. – All systems down 6:00 p.m. to 3:00 a.m. – Technical Activities (9 hours)

Saturday, 7/19/2014 3:00 a.m. – “Split” activities completed

Production Verification to begin

6:00 a.m. - ITS Connectivity Validation 8:00 a.m. – Business Verification of HCM, CSS, FMS only 10:00 a.m. – Check Point – Go/No Go 10:30 a.m. – Noon – Business Verification Controlled release of interfaces (Point of No Return) Noon – All systems up End of Outage Communication

Back Out Plan Should an irreversible error occur on the cut over weekend, the project team has developed a back out plan. Highlights of this plan are:

•  Dynamic, based on progress of cut-over •  Point of no return identified •  Duration of back out tasks have been captured to insure outage
