PCL’s Special Projects Division focuses on complex, fast-paced and diverse projects for clients that expect low-impact, budget-conscience, and quality-first attention.

We have the unique position of providing the personal touch required to execute with a diverse client base, while providing the support and resources of a large national builder.

We understand that each client and project is unique for its potential obstacles, milestones, and end-user needs.

PCL can employ a variety of scalable in-house resources including 3D laser scanning, aerial drone survey, and BIM modeling to resolve potential obstacles early in the planning stages to create a more seamless and streamlined project management approach.
