SECTION 4

Provides the imposition of penalties upon any person who is not authorized but commit unlawful acts related to dangerous drugs

1.Life Imprisonment to Death- Fine- ( 500, 000 ) to 10, 000,000- Regardless of QUANTITY and PURITY

For importing and bringing any dangerous drugs

2. Imprisonment from 12 years and 1 to 20 years- Fine- ( 100, 000 ) to 500, 000

For importing any controlled precursor

3. MAXIMUM PENALTY

Cancellation and confiscation of diplomatic passport

For bringing and importing into the Philippines any dangerous drug using diplomatic passport, diplomatic facilities and official status

4. Maximum Penalty For managing, organizing and financing any illegal activities on dangerous drug

5. Imprisonment

of 12 and 1 day

to 20 years

to 500, 000

5For acting as a protector or coddler of any violation of the unlawful acts

Provides penalties

for special unlawful acts

1.Life Imprisonment

to Death Fine- 500, 000 to 10 million pesos

For selling, trading, administering, dispensing,dispensing, delivering,giving away, distributing, and transporting any dangerous drug. - BROKER

2. Imprisonment from 12 years and one day to twenty years

Fine- 100, 000 to 500,000Section 5 article one

3. MAXIMUM PENALTY for the following:

- Sale/ trade deliver drugs 100 meter

away from the school.

- Drug pusher using minor or mentally handicapped as runners

- Runners or

messengers

4. Imprisonment of 12 yrs. And 1 day to 20 years

FINE- 100, 000- 500, 000

For acting as a protector of any unlawful dangerous drug activity

SECTION 8

1. Life imprisonment to death

Fine- 500, 000 to 10 million pesos-For engaging in- the manufacture of drugs

2. Imprisonment of 12 and 1 day to 20 years-Fine- 100,000-For persons found manufacturing drugs
