Customer Journey Map

At home Leaving Walking Seeing object Interacting with object Talking about object N

Jan and Astrid are stillat home and a littlebored. They decide togo for a walk. Being intheir home environmentthey are obviously verycomfortable.

They put on their shoesand are still in their home environment. Before opening thefront door they are stillin a warm and cosy environment.

As soon as they arewalking they become alittle more aware of their surroundings. Theyare however talkingabout work and notreally entertained.Being in warm coatsand warming up duringwalking they still arecomfortable enough.

When they run in astrange object they areamazed by what theysee/hear. This contrib-utes in a negative wayto their comfort, but it’snot that bad.

When they start inter-acting with the objectthey are still amazed, but the surprise andtheir dip in comfort aregone.

When continuing thewalk they talk about themisterious object theyencountered. They areagain comfortablywalking.
