AutoCorrect

− Word Completion Tab

Over Obsessive Saver?

Saving Files – Disk icon not available

File | Save As

Page Layout

OOo considers page layout a format issue, so it is found in the Format menu

Format | Page instead of in the File menu.

Right Click

 Can't find it?

If you are not sure where in the menus or toolbars a function is located, you can often find it by right-clicking

Formatting Tips After Importing

If text formatting is decidedly odd, select Clear Formatting from the style box to remove formatting and start over.

For lists, select the list and click the numbering or list icon to turn off all numbering or bullets. Then reapply the list or bullets by clicking the same icon again.

Adjusting Graphics

If graphics are behaving oddly, right-click on each and choose Anchor | To Page. Then reposition the graphic.

You might also want to slightly shrink the graphic so it will fit better, or increase the size.
