• After created it is entered into the Lean data base.

• SPIN Documents are reviewed by Lean Captains and Management.

• 10 documents are assigned to the SPIN Voting board.

• Lean Captains 10-4 vote.

• Top 4 SPINS are assigned and we include the creator of the spin for resolution

• SPIN Event or Kaizen Event• SPIN is added to our SPIN RASIC• Completed SPIN is added to our 30

day follow-up Calendar

Associate communication

• Email notification to the SPIN creator and the management team.

• Lean captains will notify associates SPIN results in Tier I meetings and Communication meetings.
