As part of our effort to educate the community we have education and training available upon request related to immigration laws, practices and policies.
Our mission is to assist the immigrant community with its immigration needs in order to facilitate their integration into the United States and to allow their participation in our community development.
Our Fees
The Immigration Program was created in 2001 to better serve our diverse communities with dignity, humanity and respect. Our services are offered on a sliding scale fee without an income cap.
Our Immigration Legal Services office has three locations for our client’s convenience: Riviera Beach, Stuart, and Pahokee.
We have friendly, courteous and knowledgeable personnel. We currently have two attorneys on staff and three caseworkers.
Our staff is as diverse as the people we serve. We have Spanish, French, Creole, Hindi, Guajarathi, Kannada and Marathi speaking employees.
Our Mission Our Staff Consultation
Please call any of our offices listed on the brochure to schedule an appointment. Consultations are scheduled by appointment only! In preparation for an appointment the following documentation is necessary:
1) Personal identification
2) Income information such as pay stub, income tax filing
3) All immigration-related documents
4) If applicable, bring an interpreter
5) If you have ever been arrested, certificate documents from the clerk of courts.
All consultations are confidential and information will be shared only with client’s permission.
Employment Based Visas
Catholic Charities is the only non-profit agency that provides assistance with employment-based visas in the Palm Beach, Martin and St. Lucie Counties. As part of our services we will determine which classification of employment-based immigration visa is suitable for you and prepare all of the necessary legal documents along with supporting evidence for submission to the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.
