feeling (small, trapped, like you can’t breath, dizzy, etc.)

Dreams

• Think of some things that you dream of or hope for.– What colors come to mind?– Are they dark? Light? Dull? Bright? Warm? Cool?– What shapes come to mind? Are they organic and

smooth or jagged and sharp?– How do these dreams make you feel? Describe the

feeling (giddy, like you want to dance around or jump for joy, etc.)
