DESCRIPTION

“Community Wellbeing Services tender – involvement team” This engaging presentation will demonstrate how Northamptonshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust (NHFT) practiced: People first, working together for patients in everything we do. The team of service users, carers and staff supported the development of a Community Wellbeing Service bid from June to September 2014. All involved were valued as experts and important in the development of a robust tender submission. We are looking forward to sharing with you the journey experienced by the people involved in developing the service delivery model including the lessons learnt. We are hoping that you will be inspired to involve others more and to consider how our learning can support your organisation to take the next steps.
