automotive functional safety grade ASIL D for angle sensors with only one single sensor chip.
The TLE5501 is a 360° TMR-based angle sensor that detects the orientation of a magnetic field. This is achieved by measuring sine and
cosine angle components with Tunneling Magneto Resistance (TMR) elements. These raw signals (sine and cosine) are provided as a
differential output signal and can directly be further processed within a micro controller. The large output voltage of the bridge renders any further signal
amplification unnecessary.

TLE9879-2QXA40 - single chip 3-Phase motor driver with integrated ARM® Cortex™ M3 core TLE98792QXA40XUMA1 The TLE9879-2QXA40 is a new member of the well-known TLE987x product family. In addition to the existing TLE987x product family members, TLE9879-2QXA40 incorporates two 14-bit Sigma-Delta ADCs which are building a sensor interface for an external GMR/ TMR. The TLE9879-2QXA40 is a single chip 3-Phase motor driver that integrates the industry standard ARM® Cortex™ M3 core, enabling the implementation of advanced motor control algorithms such as field-oriented control. It includes six fully integrated NFET drivers optimized to drive a 3-Phase motor via six external power NFETs, a charge pump enabling low voltage operation and programmable current along with current slope control for optimized EMC behavior. Its peripheral set includes a current sensor, a successive approximation ADC synchronized with the capture and compare unit for PWM control and 16-bit timers. A LIN transceiver is also integrated to enable communication to the device along with a number of general purpose I/Os. It includes an on-chip linear voltage regulator to supply external loads.
