Blurring the lines between:

• public/private

• political/commercial

• military/civilian

Hyperdemocracy in hypermodernity

Communication was to educate:

“information deficit hypothesis”

(benefits of objective, timely, transparent info)

But in PROTSCIENCE educated mistrust, communication can induce/produce doubt, anxiety and fear AGNOTOLOGY
