Discussion on moving Scabiosastraat students to the West Wing of the AMA Multi-Purpose

Some thoughts

• If the high school students move to the west wing then the toilet in the courtyard might be used and this is not a wise idea with the ongoing construction.

• If the high school students move then the library, computers, telephones from Scabiosastraat will have to be moved.

• At this point there will not be enough space to accommodate the high school students and administration.

What if

Architectural floor plan for immediate renovations

• The high school students could remain at Scabiosastraat and instead spread out lower and middle schools students into the new classrooms.

• If the decision is made to leave the high school students here at Scabiosastraat to complete the 2011/2012 school year, then the lower middle school and some administrative staff could move into the designated areas.

Notes on the Floor Plan of the West Wing:

• Ms. Simone Griffith and Ms. Seneka Ishwardat classrooms are being renovated as of March 7th to 11th and class ready for March 12th, 2012.

• The floor will be raised

• Extending wall for Ms. Ishwardat classroom

• More space for a new for both Ms. Griffith and Ms. Ishwardat classrooms

• Making additional windows

• Redoing doors
