Write in INK (blue or black)When you go to apply, make sure you are dressed nicely (NO JEANS. EVER).

Fill out the application in-store, if possible.

Smile and be polite when asking for the application and returning it.

Do not leave blank spaces! If it doesn’t apply to you, write “n/a”
