FOLDING

Introduction. The core plays a

paper very important inside the cell since it contains all the genetic information of the human beings, the above mentioned information is contained in chromosomes which genes determine the function of the biological systems.

“ Pulverized” chromosomes linked to cancer?.

The presence of an incorrect number of chromosomes inside the cells is the genetic change more common in the cancer. The above mentioned condition is known like aneuploidy.

“ Pulverized” chromosomes linked to cancer?.

Entire chromosomes exiles end out of the core, as result of a fault in the cellular division.

The above mentioned

chromosomes are located in other places inside the cell, creating his own membrane and forming this way a microcore.

“ Pulverized” chromosomes linked to cancer?.

Cancerous cells are generated from cells by microcores.

“ Pulverized” chromosomes linked to cancer?.

Aneuploidy in cells occurs when there is a micronucleus, the micronucleus chromosome brings more to the genetic load, and therefore gives a wrong number of chromosomes in the cell.

Personal coment: During the cellular division there

happen mistakes that can take alterations as consequences in the genome and likewise you are genomic alterations to bring with it manifestations of one without end of diseases.

New clues to human deafness found in mice.

A gene known as FGF20 is associated with hereditary deafness family

the gene produces a loss of outer hair cells, a special type of inner ear sensory cells responsible for sound amplification.

New clues to human deafness found in mice.

Mutations in the FGF20 gene may play a role in human deafness. A genetic region known as DFNB71 has been associated with deafness in a human family.

New clues to human deafness found in mice.

The FGF20 gene encodes a member of a family of proteins known as fibroblast growth factors. In general, members of this family are known to play an important role in embryonic development, tissue maintenance and wound healing.

Personal coment.The unactivation of the

gene does not have cerebral implications, only it affects the proliferation of the sound receptor cells.

Medical utility.

Accelerating the process of mutation by drug therapy may be an alternative for the treatment of some tumors.

by devices that enable the amplification of sound can replace the outer hair cells and thus allow people to hear.
