WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO BE MENTALLY TOUGH? To never give up, lose hope and bounce back from adversity? Can we really teach others how to foster resilience? According to the latest social science research we can in fact learn how to flex our mental muscles, develop a resilient mindset, quiet our nerves and nourish psychological well-being.
