Microsoft Outlook 2007 E-mail Signature Set-Up Guide

Open your Inbox and click on the “Tools” tab.

Click on “Options”.

Click on “Mail Format”.

Click on the “Signatures…” button.

Click on the “New” button.

Type a reference name for the signature in the dialogue box. Click “OK”.

In the edit panel, type your signature information and use the font editing buttons as follows:

Use font Arial, size 10, black.

Your name should be in Bold.

BOY SCOUTS OF AMERICA should be in Red and Bold, and use all caps.

Place the cursor below your signature information, then click on the picture icon.

Use the drop down arrow to locate where you saved the logo image. Double-click on the logo image.

The logo will appear in the edit panel. Click “OK” through the screens until you are back in your Inbox.

First and Last Name  |  Title BOY SCOUTS OF AMERICA Council/Department/Team/Location Name

To create a signature that will appear when replying or forwarding a message, you can use your existing signature or repeat the process for producing a “New” abbreviated version (see example below).  Click the Replies/Forwards drop down box and choose a Reply signature.

Cell Phone E-mail SignatureAll cell phones are different and therefore, have various e-mail setup options. Only text can be used in formatting an e-mail signature for your business cell phone. The following is an example:
