Save & Save AsSave will save your file for the first time or save an updated file

Save as will allow you to save your file under a new name or location

Using HelpClick on “Word Help”

Once In Help…Type in a key word search

Zoom allows you to make type and view of the document larger and smaller

Access from the view menu

Or use the buttons on the “Toolbar”

Drag and Drop

Highlight section you want to move and drag to new location

Does just that! Checks the spelling and grammar - lots of other functions as you can see as well.

Highlight the paragraph and click one of the alignment buttons: Left, Center, Right or Justify

Use Increase and Decrease buttons or use the ruler

Place cursor where you want to start a new page - then go to “Insert” - “Break” - “Page Break”

There are 3 ways to get to “Numbering” and “Bullets”

1) Go to “Format” and then “Bullets and Numbering…”

Printing“Print Preview” allows you to see what your document will look like when printed
