Tracking  Metabolism  for  Better  HealthDietChanges  in  diet  can  significantly  change  metabolism.  For  example,  a  crash  diet  can  cause  drastic  reduction  in  metabolic  rate,  leading  to  a  “weight  loss  plateau”.  See  slides  23-­‐24,  and  “Case  Studies”  Case  #8.
