The Mayu Valley master plan strives to preserve the

culture of agriculture on the site in both social and

physical design. Tucked between emerald green

mountains and rice paddy valleys, the thirteen square

kilometer site is located in geothermal terrain Northeast

of Tengchong. The site is 600 hectares, the development

area is 150 hectares and the project design includes an

18-hole golf course with clubhouse, equestrian facilities,

a high-end health SPA, a 5-star hotel, two boutique

hotels, high end villa neighborhoods and five preserved

villages. SWA’s goal for this project is to create a unique

resort community in Tengchong that is appealing to

the marketplace while preserving the agriculture of

the area.
