We’re Strong because We’re Cautious• Due to lost businesses, union negotiations and
settlements, 2019 was projected to have a deficit of more than $840,000
• Thanks to strong fiscal management the deficit was only $252,682

Challenges and Opportunities • Our biggest issue for new high-wage jobs is the
lack of vacant industrial space• Manufacturers want to build their products, not a
building. They don’t want to build new; would rather move in.
• We are slowly filling vacant retail spaces• Arby’s, Panda Express, Dean Caputo’s Power House
Gym, Sport Cards & Collectibles, and Family Farm & Home are some of our newest retail establishments

Recent Successes• Blackburn Wheels• UTSS• Blade Tek• Relocation of Agratronix to a much larger facility
from a smaller facility (one of our few vacancies now filled)
• Stainless Works (expansion in planning stages)
