• The cherry is a small dark red fruit

• They grow in May.

• Cherries have got lots vitamins, like: a, c and minerals.

• The cherries are good for our body

COCA DE CIRERESCherries Cake

INGREDIENTS

• 100g of milk.• 100g of water.• 50g of olive oil.• A little bit of salt.• 2 spoons of sugar.• 25g of yeast-pressed.• 425g of flour (more or less).

ELABORATION

• Warm the water (not boiling), throw the yeast.• Add the milk and the oil, mix them.• Add a little bit of salt. • Now, put the flour and mash.• Leave the mass resting for an hour, approximately. • Give shape to the mass in the baking sheet. • Put some cherries on the mass. Add sugar and a little

bit of oil on the cake. • Put the mass in the oven during 20 minutes at 200ºC.

Cherry Jam

Ingredients:• 1 kg of cherries • 1 kg of sugar • 1 lemon

Elavoration:

• Remove the stone of the cherry.• Peel the lemon and remove the stones of the

lemons.• Cook the fruit, the sugar and the lemon pulp,

in a medium fire during 1 hour and a half.• Remove the mix.
