SAMPLE SIZE & DESIGN

• A sample of 100 people was taken on the basis of convenience.

RESEARCH PERIOD

• Research work carried only for 1 week.

RESEARCH INSTRUMENT

• This work is carried out through self-administered questionnaires.

• The questions included were open ended, dichotomous and offered multiple choices.

DATA COLLECTION

•The data has been collected directly from the respondents with the help of structured questionnaires.

•Questionnaire was also posted in various websites, forum sites, social networking sites etc. Some respondents were contacted through emails.

DATA ANALYSIS

•The data is analysed using SPSS 18 and MS Excel 2010.

•The technique that we have used are bar graphs, pie charts etc.
