DESCRIPTION
Marina Residences, centrepiece of The Concourse. Inspired by the ceremonial beauty of classic architecture, two wings of low-rise residential buildings sit elegantly on the landscape. These gracefully tapered five storey towers are connected by a central entry foyer, strikingly cylindrical in shape and featuring fluted exterior walls reminiscent of a Corinthian column. Access to the residences is via corridors sheathed in glass and accented in bronze, looking directly out to the sculptured gardens and the marina.
