My name is Jack Blake, and I received a diploma from True Blue University while at my former job. While
studying, I learned to effectively work with customers and also took a course in staffing and business
communication. I have experience with research based solely on academic work, and I have experience as a staffing branch manager.
I took over a branch that was $30,000.00 in the red from 3 previous managers.
I turned the branch around in only 3 months.
While working as branch manager I called previous customers identified the problem and retained 90% back as regular customers.
I also spent time on the road gaining new customers by cold calling, calling on current customers to get the number of workers increased.
I thrive in a fast-paced work environment, and I am pro-active and excellent with asking the right
questions and building relationships with professionals.
I am a good listener, communicator, interviewer and researcher—both in person and on the telephone.
I learn fast, and I will be an excellent fit for a career focused on your company’s needs. I am truly passionate about attacking problems, finding solutions and producing results.
Long lasting relationships are very important, and I will build solid relationships, and ensure that I focus
on details and accuracy. I transition easily to perform new tasks.
In my previous position I worked as a customer service agent/staffing hr at Labor Ready a division of
True Blue, Inc. a fortune 500 company with office in almost every state I run orientation for New Hires,
and processed the paperwork associated for hiring. I matched the correct temporary worker with the
right job based upon their skill set, and based upon the application.
At my last job it was important for me to also important for me to answer the phone collect the correct
information so that I could fulfill their work request. I contacted previous customers when time
permitted to work with the company to to retain their business. I had a great success rate of 50-60 % retention while at Labor Ready.
In the past, I worked for Paladin Consulting as a contractor where I done various types of work such as
staffing, customer service, and helped organize files. I performed the same duties as the call center's
phone representatives; the only difference is I worked in a customer service focused role in an online environment.
I previously worked as a Customer Service Agent for an amusement company as customer service
agent, and office support manager where I would assist the office with phone calls, setting up
appointments.
I attended conferences for ABC Staffing designated to facing future challenges in the work force area.
I can commit full-time to this position, and I am willing work over-time and travel as needed.
