Data covers the entire life cycle, from initial contact to release from prison.

• Batch Query Pilot - TN DOC –6500 Absconders

• Over 200 N-DEx Record “hits” discovered during the first month of pilot

• N-DEx “hits” originated from :21 different states

• 34 Absconders found to be currently incarcerated in other facilities

• 14 BOP (federal) • 20 DOC (state)

• Multiple Subjects listed as a witness or victim in different reports

in Alabama for violation of probation.

• Another subject was detained at the Richland County Sheriff’s Office in South Carolina, for methamphetamine trafficking.

• Why do we have to take a test for each product?• Why do we have to answer the same security

questions over and over?• It feels like I am recertifying all year long!

• October 11, 2017 – Test must be completed within 6 months to recertify– Will be locked out April of 2018– Next certification will trigger recertification – if none,

recertify proactively– BCA still controls access to applications
