- Evaluate each KPI to confirm annual performance

- Assess LIXIL Behaviors demonstrated in one year

- Evaluate final performance result

- Review annual performance and get alignment(+calibration of results)

- Track mid year performance against annual objectives

- Adjust the objectives as per business needs

- Evaluate 1st half year’s achievement and strengthen 2nd

half year’s focus

- Set annual objectives

- Confirm working priority and focus by setting weightage

System prompt is text-based; shows the status, or remind Usersto complete a requiredaction step.

Secured Access - login via User ID & Password;- “Reset Password” upon

User request.

Support Multi-Browser such as Chrome, IE, Microsoft Edge etc.

No Time-Outsystem will keep the login status until User closes the browser.

Easy To Key In from different devices, screen size auto-fit for easy readability.

Poka Yoke – “mistake-proofing” features to prevent missing information or mistake.

Pop-out window when User selects an option, to input/edit data for an objective.

SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF MID-YEAR REVIEW

Once Employee has completed self-evaluation of all the Objectives, that are approved by Solid Line Managers, and confirmed by Dotted Line Manager, the status will be “closed”.

(1) TO ADD A NEW OBJECTIVE DURING PERFORMANCE REVIEW

After all objectives are set, and if there is a need to add new objective during Mid-Year Review:

Step 1: Employee shall click on ‘2020 Mid Year Performance Review’

Step 2: At Mid-Year Review page, click on “Add Goal”. The system will auto route to Objective Setting page for adding new objective(s).

Step 4: Once the new Objective is added, click on “Save” and “Return Mid Year” in orderto return to Mid-Year Review page to continue with the mid-year self-evaluation process.

(2) TO EDIT EXISTING OBJECTIVE/WEIGHTAGE DURING PERFORMANCE REVIEW

During the Mid-Year Review, if there is a need to edit existing objectives, such as:

• update an objective that is no longer valid (by changing weightage to 0%)• edit the scope of an objective• edit the percentage weightage

Step 1: Employee shall click on ‘2020 Mid Year Performance Review’

Step 2: At Mid-Year Review page, click on “Add Goal”. The system will route to Objective Setting page to edit existing objective(s).

Step 3: At Objective Setting page, select the objective, click on “EDIT” and updatethe necessary changes:

Tip:For an objective that is no longer valid, change the weightage to 0% and click “Save”.(Objective cannot be deleted).

Step 4: Once the Objective has been updated, click on “Save” and “Return Mid Year”in order to return to the Mid-Year Review page, to continue with the mid-yearself-evaluation process.

Step 1:

• Go to “Internet Options” � ‘Advanced’ tab

• In ‘Settings’, look for ‘Security” drop down list � Uncheck ‘Enable integration Windows Authentication’

• Click “OK”

Step 2:

• In ‘Security’ tab � click on ‘Custom Level’• Under “User Authentication” � select ‘Automatically logon with current username & password’• Click “OK”.

• In ‘Security’ tab � click ‘Trusted sites’• Click on “Sites” �”Add” URL require SSO to ‘Trusted Site’ list (https://support.microsoft.com)• Click “Close” and “OK”.

1) Go to Internet Options � ‘General’ tab � Click “Settings”

2) Click “Every time I visit the webpage” to check for newer version, and click ‘OK’.

(5) TO DELETE BROWSING HISTORY

1) Go to Internet Options � ‘General’ tab� Browsing History

2) Click to activate ‘Delete browsing historyon exit’ and click ‘OK’.

(6) TO INCLUDE WWW.ASCC.COM.CN AS THE TRUSTED SITES
