Step 1

Log on as administrator. Do not yet connect the Lighthouse printer to the workstation! Keep the printer switched off! Start the installation by double clicking Start.exe in directory Lighthouse For Max V6.5 Software & Drivers.

Step 2

The following screen is displayed:

Click Install Lighthouse for MAX

Step 3

After some time (!), the installation wizard is started:

The Select Setup Language screen is displayed:

Click OK (default English is OK).

Step 5

The following screen is displayed:

Click Next

The License Agreement screen is displayed:

Select I accept the terms of the License Agreement and click Next.

Step 7

The following screen is displayed:

Click Install (default path is OK).

The installation starts:

Click Finish.

Switch on the Lighthouse printer, but do not yet connect the printer to the workstation.

Click Install CPM-100 printer driver

Step 12

Click Install CPM-100 64-bit printer driver (or 32-bit, according to your system)

The following screen is displayed:

Click Installation of the driver

The MAX Print System Install screen is displayed:

Select MAX CPM-100G3 (200DPI) or CPM-100HG3 (400DPI) (but do not yet click Next)

Step 15

Connect the printer via a USB port of the workstation.

Step 16

Click Next

Make sure that USB cable is selected and click Next

Click Install

Click Install this driver software anyway

Click Install

Make sure Yes. Restarts immediately. is selected and click Finish to restart the computer.

Step 22

Logon as a normal user, and start the application via the Lighthouse for MAX 6 shortcut on the desktop.

The following window is displayed:

Click Enter license key

The User Information window is displayed:

Enter NAME (both for Name and Company) and enter the appropriate Key Number (cfr. cd)

The Activation completed window is displayed:

Click OK

The License information window is displayed:

Click Finish

Step 27

To change the language from English to Dutch, select Tools, Options Select Language, Dutch

and click Apply. Click OK and restart the application in order to change the language.
