1- Waterguns similar to airgun but the air is replaced with water
2- Marine vibrator Hyraulic or electric power system using plate immersed in the sea water. It makes sweep of frequency say from 10-80 Hz over 10 s intervals

1- Sea bed recording system Uses OBS (Ocean Bottom Seismometers) attached to OBC (ocean bottom cable).
