Self Deception.

What is self Deception?

It all starts with Self Betrayal

Self Betrayal

It all starts with a problem

A conflict

You always feel what’s right to do

But sometimesyou choose to act differently

You do wrong

Sometimes you do wrongby doing Nothing

That’s human. Still it ruins relations.

Then you say to yourself

That the problem is out there.

When in fact, you might as well…

…be a source for this situation

Treating others as objects or toolsthat have to do a job, a function

This kind of perception will stand between you and success

That’s the dark forceyou have to be aware of

How does Self Deception Trigger?

Our minds are designed toalways justify our decisions

We do wrong, treat people as objectsand then justify it

That’s called “Being in the Box”

A box full of blame and self deception

And the REAL BAD news are

That’s contagious

When you start blaming others it starts a chain reaction

People feel your blaming and could be set to “justify” it, and actually fail

Then they start getting “In the Box”and blaming back

Soon enough Success evaporatesCompany Wide

So how do you get“Out of the Box”?

Start Asking Yourself and othersHow they feel treated by you

Apologize where needed

Always Be aware of “The Box”

Recruit supporters who will step up to tell you when you’re “In the Box”

Because you will.We all do.

That’s part of being human.

Does this mean you should not point to things that need to change?

Actually It’s about Candid Respectful Feedback, rather than blaming
