Other Bits and Pieces

GEAR: Please make sure that everything is named appropriately, this ensures that everything does get back to its rightful owner.

BAKING: This is appreciated, it only needs to be a small batch of biscuits, it is great to have for morning and afternoon tea and supper.

EARTHQUAKE: Please do not drive over to Wainui. We will bring the children back to Christchurch when it is safe to travel.

Parent Helpers

It is essential for our parent helpers to be an integral part of our camp. Without them we could not venture on these outdoor activities. Their help is greatly appreciated!

They must be prepared to stand back and let students learn by doing. They also need to support the teachers and instructors by following their lead.

They are an extra set of eyes for all activities. When on a tramp they need to either be the ‘lead’ or ‘tail gate Charlie.’

• THANK YOU so much for giving up your time to come to todays meeting.

• We are all looking forward to an awesome time at WAINUI!
